    It was all wonderful. Could be a little cheaper

    The elevators are too slow. You have to wait a long time. WLAN on the beach didn't work well.

    It is very large and green complex, there have always been enough sun beds at the beach and at the pool, the towels are conveniently located in several places and unlimitedly ready. Food was varied and very tasty. . . Children's club and separate youth club open until 23.00 hrs and the carers very friendly.

    Special family-friendly hotel with accommodating staff members who were all amazing and provided excellent service. Fab location for visiting pizza restaurants and eateries. Amazing breakfast for plant based diet for all tastes. The pool area is amazing too. Could use property's a la carte restaurant and spa area.

    The space is overwhelmingly fine. You look for crowds or rest as you wish. It is nice that several bars and restaurants are spread over the entire area. Kidsclub is excellent with great care, attention and friendliness for the children

    Staff is very friendly but not warm. Because of the size of the resort.

    Amazing Family Getaway!

    We spent 2 nights here with our little one, and it was so much fun! The waterpark was a hit with our baby. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, especially Sahar and Tugba! The food options were awesome, we loved the poolside snack bar. Just a heads-up, the front desk could be a bit off, they're not the friendliest.

    The breakfast variety is marvellous with poached eggs and smoked salmon and omelette, first-class service. I greatly enjoyed the staff, they are exceptionally nice.

    The penthouse suite we booked was so spacious and had a fantastic Turkish bath, making it the perfect way to relax after enjoying the heated outdoor pool and spa treatments. Food was delicious everywhere, especially the buffet and all the options for kids. although, we struggled to get reservations at the a'la carte restaurants since they filled up quickly. Don't forget to try the chef's table for some unique dishes! 🍽️
